Our Kitchen
Our kitchen proudly works with fresh, locally sourced products that are handled and prepared with care. Rather than a Western chef, our culinary team is led by our beloved “keuken tantes”—local kitchen aunties who carry the secrets of traditional recipes passed down through generations and, most importantly, cooking from the heart, a skill that can’t be taught but makes all the difference. Complementing our flavorful cuisine is a beautiful wooden bar offering a wide selection of drinks, from refreshing Surinamese juices and fresh coconuts to fine wines and colorful cocktails.
