Check-in takes place at 13:30. Check-out is at 11:00. In consultation it is possible to check in or out earlier or later than the scheduled time. It is also possible to temporarily leave your luggage at the reception after check-out.
PRICES
A rate of SRD85 is charged for visiting the plantation. You can also use the swimming pool.
The boatsmen are ready at the Marienburg pear. It costs SRD150 per boat to cross. The amount can be divided among the number of passengers.
SURROUNDINGS
From hotel Torarica we drive out of Waterkant, in the direction of Zwartenhovenbrugstraat. You then follow the road to the Van ‘t Hogerhuysstraat in the direction of the Wijdenboschbrug. At the roundabout we turn left and drive over the Wijdenbosch Bridge. After this we follow the bend until we come to a crossing where we turn right into the East-West Connection. We drive straight on until we arrive at the roundabout, where we turn left onto the Commissaris Thurkowweg in the direction of Nieuw Amsterdam. We follow this street until it reaches the end where it makes a left turn into the Pronkweg. We drive out of the main road until we come to a T-intersection (near Kang Xing Market shop). We turn right here. Then we drive over 3 small bridges and about 280m after the third bridge we arrive at our final stop. Here it is possible to leave the car and you can take a boat for SRD150 (per/boat) to cross to Plantage Resort Frederiksdorp.
Plantation Frederiksdorp is mainly surrounded by beautiful nature and other plantations. Next to the resort are the plantations Johan and Margaretha and Rust and both have their own history. It is possible to visit these plantations on foot, by bicycle or by boat. On the other side of the Commewijne River are Mariënburg and Nieuw-Amsterdam, which are easy to reach by bicycle.

FACILITIES
The following facilities are available at Frederiksdorp: swimming pool, outdoor shower, changing rooms, sunbeds, restaurant and bar. It is also possible to rent bicycles, canoes or fishing rods.
Not all plantation houses have air conditioning yet, but they do have a wind fan that cools the space. All police houses have air conditioning downstairs and two police houses both upstairs and downstairs. The cabanas have air conditioning.
There are no mosquito nets, but mosquito nets have been placed on the windows.
There is access to free WiFi at the resort.
There is 24/7 electricity available at Frederiksdorp. The amount of voltage used in the plantation houses and cabanas is 110 or 220 V. There are European outlets in the plantation houses and cabanas. Adapters are available at reception.

There is a cabana on the plantation with access for disabled guests.
This is taken into account as much as possible. During the booking process there is the possibility to pass this on so that this can be responded to early. It is also possible at the restaurant on the plantation itself, but the options are limited.
Smoking is not allowed in the cabanas. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas. We do ask you to be considerate of other guests while smoking.
The tap water in the cabanas is not drinkable. Bottled water is available at reception or the bar.
